Mr. Burrow was self-employed in plumbing and heating.
He was a member of the White Cliff Church. Tom's Christian faith is what defined his life, followed by his love of family and friends. He enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, reading and chess. Mr. Burrow was preceded in death by his father and mothers, Charles and Doris Burrow; sister, Carol Donald; and nephew, Adam Harshman.
He is survived by sisters, Diana (Jim) Simmons of Spokane, Washington, Cynthia (Bryan) Gardiner of Ketchikan, Desiree Burrow of Ketchikan, and Melanie (Phil) Cleveland of Allen, Texas; nephews, Duane (Beth) Pate of Washington, Curtis Pate of Washington, Clayton (Misty) Hancock of Ketchikan, Matthew Lefors of Spokane, WA, and Todd (Amanda) Cleveland of Texas; nieces Melissa (James) Layman of Texas and Dawn (David) Roberts of Kennewick, WA; and many great-nephews and great-nieces.
