He is survived by : his parents, Jeanneane Preus and Gregory Smith; his step-parents, John Preus and Linda; his sister Adison Spafford; his son Joshua Smith; and his nephews, Marley and Jasper Spafford (Hendrix). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
